Yes, absolutely. Every companion holds an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate and is personally vetted by Bunmi before meeting any client. We take safeguarding extremely seriously.

We match based on personality, shared interests, communication style and specific needs, not simply on availability. We take time to understand your loved one before making any introduction. The first visit is always free so everyone can decide if it feels right.

Yes, in many cases. We work with people in the early to mid stages of dementia and our companions are trained in dementia-aware communication. We will have an honest conversation during the consultation to ensure we are the right fit.

We are a companionship service, not a regulated personal care provider. We do not assist with medication administration, bathing or clinical care. Companionship-only services do not require CQC registration under current UK regulations.

Bank transfer, card payment, PayPal and direct debit. We issue clear itemised invoices for every visit and agree a payment schedule that suits your family.

We ask for 48 hours where possible. We understand circumstances change quickly with elderly relatives. We handle this with common sense, not rigid rules.

Yes, and we would love that. If you refer a friend or family member who goes on to use our services, we will send you a £25 gift voucher as a thank you.

Yes. Our holiday companion service allows your loved one to travel in the UK or internationally with a trusted, experienced companion. Pricing is tailored to the trip. Please contact us to discuss.
